When a customer calls a business that uses our missed-call text-back service and does not reach anyone, they may receive a single automated SMS from that business. This message is sent once per missed call — it is not a marketing sequence.
Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. No further texts will be sent to anyone who has opted out. We do not use this system to send unsolicited promotional messages.
Contact forms on websites built and managed by Platypus Automations may collect your name, phone number, email address, and message content. This information is passed directly to the business whose website you are contacting and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell, rent, or share form submission data with any third parties outside of the client business that owns the form.
We do not sell contact information — ever. Data collected through our client automation workflows exists only to facilitate direct communication between a client business and their customers. We do not build marketing profiles, cross-sell data between clients, or retain customer data after a client's engagement with us ends.
