The AI Search Gap
Since May 2026, Google has been rolling AI agents into search results, and that rollout keeps expanding through 2027. Instead of scanning a list of results, more customers now ask a question and get a direct answer from an AI agent, built from whatever data Google can pull about each business.
Most local Business Profiles were never built for this. Hours, a category, maybe a handful of reviews, and nothing else. No FAQ section. No structured pricing logic. No answers to the specific questions your actual customers ask before they call. When the agent has nothing to draw from, it either says nothing about you or defers to whichever competitor's profile does have answers.
What We Actually Build
We start with an audit of what Google's AI agent currently has access to on your profile, most of the time it's close to nothing. From there we pull real questions, either from an owner interview or from your actual call history if you have it, so the knowledge base reflects what people genuinely ask, not a generic template. We structure that into FAQs, pricing logic, and service details, and upload it directly to your GBP, along with conversation starters and a welcome message so the agent has something natural to open with. After that, it's monitored and refined monthly as new questions come in.
Why Now, Not Later
We're not going to tell you everyone's already doing this, they aren't. That's the actual opportunity. Google's rollout is real and active right now, and most local competitors' profiles are just as thin as yours currently is. Whoever fills theirs out first has an answer where the others have nothing, while it's still uncrowded.
